Medical Services International to Supply VScan Test Kits for Private Testing

EDMONTON, Alberta, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Medical Services International Services Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been asked to supply test kits to a private hospital in Anhui Province in China. This hospital does annual testing of employees for a steel processing company in Anhui Province. The Chinese company employs in excess of 300,000 people and requires that the employees be tested yearly for HIV, Hepatitis C and Tuberculosis (TB). Medical Services has also been asked to supply test kits for STDs which includes syphilis for which there is a VScan test kit. There are several other test kits being requested that Medical Services will be able to supply.
The Company anticipates that between the VScan kits that will be used as well as the other kits required that this contract should generate revenue of $1.3 to $1.5 million US per year. This will also allow our other sales networks in China to contact other large Chinese corporations and offer the same testing program.
