Local Pharmaceuticals Output Estimated

According to Al-Ahram newspaper (January 29, 2006), a recently released study by the Arab Pharmaceuticals Manufacturers Association estimated the value of the pharmaceuticals output in the Arab World at $3988 million. It also added that the there are currently 240 pharmaceuticals manufacturing plants in this region of the world.
