A.D.A.M., Inc. (Nasdaq: ADAM), today announced that Tulsa, Okla.-based Benefit Informatics, Inc., a provider of products and services to assist employers in managing their health benefit plans, will license A.D.A.M.'s health and wellness suite of products. A.D.A.M.'s health and wellness suite empowers employees with the tools and health information needed to make more informed healthcare decisions. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

A.D.A.M.'s health and wellness suite provides employees with information for every stage of care and features detailed health and wellness-related articles, in-depth care guides, health risk assessments and interactive wellness tools.

"With healthcare costs on the rise, employers need new and creative ways to help their employees better manage medical expenditures. "We are pleased to provide our integrated health and wellness suite to Benefit Informatics," said Greg Juhn, A.D.A.M.'s senior vice president of product strategy.
