Dance/Fitness Phenom Joey L. Dowdy Headlines @ The Fit Expo

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Dance/Fitness Maestro and Choreographer Joey L. Dowdy will be the highlight of this year's Fit Expo. The celebrated fitness phenom who continues to gain popularity nationwide as the creator of "Joey's World Dance Groove Fitness" DVD/VHS Dance Series will present a special Afro-Argentinean dance composition infused with eclectic exotic sensual movements and a surprise up-tempo finale, as a tribute to Black History Month. The Fit Expo runs, February 17th thru February 19th. Joey will also teach a class series entitled "Drop it like it's hot -- Rock your Workout."
Dowdy, whose style of teaching has sparked interest from fitness aficionados globally from his televised appearances, is a special invited guest of the Fit Expo organization.
Joey L. Dowdy rose to fame as the original choreographer for The Backstreet Boys, No Mercy and Take Five. As a graduate of the Joffrey Ballet, Joey has garnered the respect of the dance/fitness world.
