Womens Heart Truth Program Going on at Park City Center

Park City Center is promoting awareness of womens heart disease during February in recognition of American Heart Month. As part of its Heart Truth campaign, Park City is selling Red Dress pins the national symbol for women and heart disease awareness at the customer service center in the JC Penney wing
. The pins cost $2 and proceeds benefit the American Heart Association. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for women in the United States. Park Citys Heart Truth campaign seeks to educate women about heart disease and encourage them to take action against its risk factors. Important risk factors for heart disease include smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, physical inactivity and diabetes.Source: Intelligencer Journal
