Cell Bio-Systems Inc. Sets Annual Shareholder Meeting for March 17

Cell Bio-Systems, Inc. (OTC: CBSI), a developer of medical devices and patented technologies for the plastic, cosmetic, orthopedic, and living tissue markets, today announced it will hold its annual shareholder meeting beginning at 9:30 a.m. on March 17, 2006 at the Town & Country Hotel and Conference Center in San Diego. Shareholders of record as of Feb. 17, 2006 will be eligible to vote at the annual meeting.

At the meeting, shareholders will be updated on the status of the company's FDA clearance approval process, product development and manufacturing schedules, marketing plans, and tradeshow participation. Voting will be conducted on a possible name change and board of directors' election. Shareholders will receive proxy materials by mail and those who cannot attend the meeting in person may vote their proxies according to instructions in the mailed materials.
