HealthAmerica Presents FitKidz Challenge at Pittsburgh Home & Garden Show

On Saturday, March 11, 2006, from 2 - 4 p.m., HealthAmerica will offer its "FitKidz Challenge" to children attending the Pittsburgh Home & Garden Show at David Lawrence Convention Center. This event will give restless children attending the show with their parents an opportunity to burn excess energy by testing their strength and challenging their balance and coordination. The HealthAmerica FitKidz Challenge features a variety of strength and conditioning equipment specially designed for children, such as balance bowls, pogo balls, a curving balance track, and stilts. By trying out this circuit, kids will learn that fun, creative play and movement can help them get fit.
