Inovise Medical, Inc. Announces Agreement With Goodwin Health Care

Inovise Medical, Inc. announced today it has signed an agreement with one of the leading providers of EMS and hospital products in Hong Kong, achieving a significant milestone in Inovise Medical's overall international expansion strategy. Goodwin Health Care Ltd. has over 30 years of experience at bringing the finest medical equipment to the EMS, hospital and medical education communities. The introduction of AUDICOR(R) 200 will deliver new non-invasive cardiac diagnostic technology to the region. Inovise Medical's AUDICOR is the first, easy-to-use, non-invasive diagnostic technology helping medical professionals worldwide quickly diagnose heart failure and other acute cardiac conditions. Inovise Medical, a privately held cardiac diagnostic company, has a subsidiary in Taiwan and partners with Nihon Kohden to provide AUDICOR technology to clinicians in Asia.

Inovise Medical's AUDICOR(R) is the first, easy-to-use, non-invasive diagnostic technology helping medical professionals worldwide quickly rule-in cardiac dysfunction including acute heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, and other high-risk cardiac conditions. AUDICOR(R) is the first cardiac diagnostic combining heart sounds and electrocardiogram technology. Sensors containing miniaturized microphones record the heart's electrical and mechanical functions simultaneously. Findings are displayed on the screen, and printed via blue-tooth technology to a printer.
