New Report From Health Research International Details $220 Billion Global Medical Devices and Diagnostics Markets And Opportunities

The global medical device and diagnostics (MD&D) industry generated nearly $220 billion in revenues in 2005, of which nearly one-half were concentrated in four major technology segments--in vitro diagnostics (IVD), cardiovascular disease therapies, diagnostic imaging equipment, services and contrast, and orthopedic and spinal products.
