A.D.A.M. Announces Release of DecisionAssist Tools and Health Risk Assessment Reporting Tools for Employers and Payers; New Tools Support the Implementation and Use of Consumer-Directed Healthcare Plans

A.D.A.M., Inc. (Nasdaq: ADAM) today announced the addition of A.D.A.M. DecisionAssist and A.D.A.M. Health Risk Assessment Reporting Tools to its portfolio of consumer-directed health solutions. These two new products are the latest components of A.D.A.M.'s Decision Support Suite, a platform for providing health assessments and targeted health messaging to employees and plan members. According to America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), enrollment in health savings accounts, a key component of most consumer-directed health plans, has tripled since March 2005.
