Posted on: Thursday, 6 April 2006, 09:01 CDT

iVOW, Inc. (NASDAQ: IVOW), a provider of disease management services for the treatment of chronic and morbid obesity, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Virginia Hospital Center, located in the Washington, DC area. Under the agreement iVOW will provide a comprehensive "Blueprint" for Virginia Hospital's bariatric program using its proprietary final model, tools and templates for comprehensive "continuum of care" bariatric medical and surgical services. The "Blueprint" is designed to better enable the hospital to evaluate the viability of a bariatric surgical program for the hospital.

While financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed, iVOW's "Blueprint" provides clients with operational, marketing and financial recommendations for the client's evaluation.

"Virginia Hospital Center recognizes the need for thorough analysis as a precursor to establishing a bariatric disease management program," said Dr. Michael Owens, iVOW's President and Chief Executive Officer. "Everyone at iVOW looks forward to working with them and providing them the expert analysis and extensive evaluation that we have provided many other healthcare organizations."
