Sport & Health Clubs and Destiny Health Partner to Bring Health and Fitness Benefits, Incentives to Vitality Members

VIENNA, Va. and CHICAGO, April 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Sport & Health Clubs, a premier family of health clubs in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C., and Destiny Health, a pioneer in the field of consumer-directed healthcare, today announced a partnership that will offer members of The Destiny Health Plan(TM) discounted membership dues and dues subsidies at 23 Sport & Health Club locations in the region.

Under the partnership, plan members who exercise at any participating Sport & Health Club at least 48 times per year will receive discounted membership rates and a subsidy from Destiny Health on monthly membership dues based upon the member’s Vitality Status (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum). Additionally, plan members may take advantage of a free, comprehensive personal fitness assessment, an individualized health and wellness action plan and other Sport & Health Clubs education, exercise and nutrition services and products. Destiny Health Plan members also receive special incentives through The Destiny Health Vitality Program and can participate in wellness fairs and screenings at employer worksites.
