WayPoint Biomedical Launches New Range of Clinical Drugs of Abuse Rapid Tests

WayPoint Biomedical, Inc. (OTC: WYPH) is proud to announce the North American launch of their new Clinical Drugs of Abuse point-of-care rapid tests.
WayPoint's on-site drug tests will allow medical professionals in emergency room environments to test suspect patients for the presence of illicit drugs. It is an extremely important test to run, especially for unconscious patients, where if left undetected, the drugs in their system could have an adverse reaction to prescribed medications.
WayPoint is currently introducing the Multi-Drug-9-Plus dual panel point-of-care drug test, which will detect Amphetamine, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine, Marijuana, MDMA, Opiates, Phencyclidine, and Tricyclic Antidepressants. The Multi-Drug-9-Plus also has an on-board control panel for quick and accurate confirmation. A second drug test, the Multi-Drug-11 includes all the above mentioned drugs, along with Oxycodone and Propoxyphene. The Multi-Drug-11 features built-in confirmation for both positive and negative controls. Both tests provide 8 hours result status stability, as well as being FDA cleared and CLIA waived.
