ChangeScape, Healthcare Change Management Firm, Adds Lacombe and Solverson As Principals

ChangeScape, Incorporated, a healthcare change management firm in Birmingham, Michigan, has added project management expert Larry W. Lacombe and healthcare information technology executive J. Paul Solverson as principals, announced ChangeScape President Mindy L. Richards. Among their responsibilities, both will serve on ChangeScape's independent leadership team facilitating the development of a regional health information organization (RHIO) for Michigan that could serve as a national model.
Lacombe comes to ChangeScape from The PCI Group, a company that he co-founded in 1993 to develop and implement project management methods and systems. Previously, he served in product development groups at Ford Motor Company and General Motors and as a project manager for the Bechtel Corporation and Walbridge Aldinger. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) whose experience spans the engineering and construction, automotive, information technology and pharmaceutical industries. He lives in Clarkston.
Solverson served as Vice President for Technology Services for Trinity Health, a multi-state healthcare delivery system based in Novi, Michigan, before coming to ChangeScape. While with Trinity Health, he was responsible for the information technology infrastructure, including technology support for Project Genesis, which involved implementation of advanced clinical information systems to enhance quality of care while reducing costs. Earlier, he served in administrative and information technology roles, including Chief Information Officer, for Providence Hospital and Medical Centers in Southfield. Solverson, who earned both an MBA and a MS in Healthcare Administration, resides in Rochester Hills.
