Healthcare Compliance Services Company Reaches Agreement With ALR Technologies to Provide the ALRT500 Disease Management Compliance Reminder and Monitoring System to Selected Chronic Care Patient Population

ALR Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: ALRT) is pleased to announce that PageMinder, Inc, based in Overland Park, KS, has selected the ALRT500 Health Management Compliance Reminder and Home Health monitoring system for use in its care program with chronic care patient population.

PageMinder, which offers specialized compliance services to patients in their homes, plans to introduce the ALRT system as well as other ALR compliance reminder products in the third quarter of 2006.
