Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. To Present at the Jefferies 3rd Annual Specialty and Post-Acute Services Conference

Bryan Shaul, the company's chief financial officer and executive vice president, are scheduled to present at the Jefferies 3rd Annual Specialty and Post-Acute Services Conference on June 7, 2006, at 1:15 p.m. EDT. The conference is being held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York, New York.
