MediSys Corporation Enters Into LOI With Georgia Based Medical Practice Management Firm

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., June 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MediSys Corporation today announced it has signed a Letter of Intent with Innovative Practice Solutions, LLC (IPS), a Medical Practice Management firm based in Atlanta. IPS will represent MediSys Corporation as its exclusive distributor in the Georgia market of the MaxLife Center for Men(TM). IPS, managed by successful owners of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pain Management, and Multi-disciplinary practices, offers many more services than most medical consulting firms. It's a performance-based and results driven firm that provides an array of practice management services including Third Party Billing, Coding & Collections, Marketing and Advertising, Diagnostic Testing Services, among others. Currently, IPS provides full service practice management to approximately 20 facilities in the Georgia and North Florida markets and works in conjunction with Proactive Medical Diagnostics, LLC to provide Diagnostic Testing Services to approximately 300 medical practices nationwide.
