America Service Group Announces New Contract With State of Wyoming

America Service Group Inc. (NASDAQ:ASGR) announced today that its operating subsidiary, Prison Health Services, Inc. (PHS), has entered into a new contract with the State of Wyoming Department of Corrections. Under the terms of the new contract, which is for one year commencing July 1, 2006, PHS will continue to provide comprehensive healthcare services to the Wyoming Department of Corrections' population of approximately 1,200 inmates located in four sites.
