EncounterCare Solutions, Inc. Announces Installation of CyberMedx Medical Systems' WaveLynx Alarm Management System to Shands Hospital at the University of Florida

Ronald W. Mills Sr., CEO of EncounterCare Solutions Inc. (Pink Sheets: ECSL), announced today that CyberMedx Medical Systems, an EncounterCare Solutions wholly owned subsidiary, has completed the WaveLynx installation into Shands hospital at the University of Florida.
Ronald R. WaveLynx provides alarm notification for dry contact based alarms in several formats, i.e. enunciator, email, SMS, and pop up windows on configured computers on the network. CyberMedx Medical Systems provides patient data management, communication, and information systems to the hospital and home care industries. CyberMedx has developed the InteleNett(TM) family of patient data management products for hospitals and the STATus(TM) family of device data management products for home care. These systems increase productivity, reduce cost, improve efficiency, and extend the operational life expectancy of existing patient monitoring and therapy delivery services.
Additionally, Mr. Mills stated that this installation is the first of a series of new product sales which focus on the hospital and alternate care markets. EncounterCare Solutions is currently negotiating with a U.S. Fortune 100 company for worldwide distribution and sales of this new product line.
