Perot Systems and Catholic Healthcare Partners Sign 10-Year Technology Services Agreement

PLANO, Texas and CINCINNATI, Sept. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Perot Systems Corporation and Catholic Healthcare Partners (CHP) today announced a new 10-year technology services agreement. Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.

Under terms of the agreement, Perot Systems will operate CHP's centralized clinical and administrative systems, and will also consolidate two CHP data centers into a new Perot Systems facility. In addition, the 56 CHP employees who currently perform these services across the network have been offered full-time employment with Perot Systems.
