ER Urgent Care Centers Announces Contracts Signed on the Purchase of Medical Practice

The practice has gross revenues in excess of $600,000.00 with net revenues of approximately $280,000.00. We are currently finalizing our due diligence of the practice and will take possession on or about October 1st.
