SkinMedica Appoints Michelle Finegan Saunders Vice President, Pharmaceutical Marketing

SkinMedica, Inc. announced today that Michelle Saunders has joined the Company as Vice President, Pharmaceutical Marketing. In this position she will have overall responsibility for pharmaceutical marketing activities for the Company’s pharmaceutical products (EpiQuin(R) Micro; VANIQA(R) and NeoBenz(R) Micro).

“We have experienced good success with our three, currently marketed products and have plans to introduce several new pharmaceutical products in the future. Because of these plans, we are fortunate to add someone with Michelle’s experience to the SkinMedica senior management team,” said Rex Bright, President & Chief Executive Officer.

Most recently, Ms. Saunders consulted with several pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies including SkinMedica. She brings extensive pharmaceutical marketing experience to the position. Ms. Saunders previously held marketing management positions with Collagen BioMedical, Berlex Laboratories and Elan Pharmaceuticals.
