Rotech Healthcare Announces New $120M Credit Facility With Highland Financial Corp.

Rotech Healthcare Inc. (NASDAQ:ROHI) (the "Company") today announced that it has entered into a new, two-year, $120 million credit facility with Highland Financial Corp. effective September 15, 2006. The new credit facility consists of a $25 million revolving credit facility, the proceeds of which will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, capital expenditures and permitted acquisitions and a $95 million term loan, the proceeds of which will be used to refinance the obligations and indebtedness under the Company's existing credit facility and for other general corporate purposes. The new credit facility expires in September 2008 and replaces the Company's existing credit facility.
