American Health Promotes Internal Candidates to Key Positions

American Health Holding, Inc., a multi-URAC accredited medical management company today announced the promotion of Jim Williams to Vice President of Information Technology and Noreen Daniels to Assistant Vice President of Operations.

Williams joined American Health in 2002 as the Director of Application Development. During his tenure at American Health, Williams has been instrumental in developing i-Suite, American Health's proprietary web-based healthcare management tool. He has more than 20 years of experience in the information technology arena -- specifically in the insurance, banking and eCommerce industries. He previously held positions with Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase), Sterling Commerce, and Nationwide Insurance.

As American Health's Vice President of Information Technology, Williams will oversee the entire information technology department, which includes application development, client support services and the technical infrastructure at American Health's corporate headquarters as well as at its numerous satellite offices across the county.

Daniels joined American Health in 2004 as a Field Operations Director. Since then, she has shown strong leadership and has been responsible for some of American Health's largest clients. Daniels' career in managed healthcare spans nearly 17 years and includes expertise in group health, Medicaid, Medicare, workers' compensation, and other product lines. She has clinical experience as an emergency room Staff Nurse and Charge Nurse for hospitals in several states, and has held supervisory positions with United Healthcare, Mutual of Omaha and Aetna US Healthcare. Prior to joining American Health, Noreen served as Vice President of Nursing Services for Shorman Stevens Solutions, a Case Management and Bill Review organization in Elk Grove, Illinois, where she was responsible for the management of all nursing and medical bill review functions within the company.

As American Health's Assistant Vice President of Operations, Daniels will handle the day-to-day responsibilities and demands of American Health's operations.
