Cirrus Health Appoints Penny Range Director of Corporate Quality and Service Excellence

Cirrus Health announced today the appointment of Penny A. Range to the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Service Excellence. Range will be responsible for the quality improvement program for Cirrus Health and its affiliate facilities.

Range has been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. Her most recent position as Administrator/CNO was with Vista Hospital of Dallas, located in Garland, Texas. Responsibilities included oversight of all clinical and support service operations, maintenance of regulatory compliance, physician recruitment and the management of 75 employees for the 79-bed hospital. Prior to her service at Vista Hospital, Range held the position of Director of Quality and Risk Management at The Medical Center of Mesquite. At the 176-bed community hospital, she was responsible for quality and performance improvement, risk management, case management, infection control and Joint Commission survey preparation and coordination.

Range received her Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
