Speaking of Women's Health Will Hold Community Event With Free Book Giveaway at All Wal-Mart Stores Nationwide

CINCINNATI, Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Speaking of Women's Health encourages women to take charge of their health, well-being and personal safety through small changes that can and will make a big difference in their lives. As part of a national campaign to reach women, Speaking of Women's Health will be holding Community Events in Wal-Mart stores across America on Saturday, Oct. 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., to teach, encourage and inspire women to take control of their health before they become a statistic.

Women attending the Speaking of Women's Health Community Event, one of the largest single-day, free events focused on female health and wellness, will receive a free book, "It's The Right Time: To Take a Pledge for Better Health." The book is filled with health, well-being and personal safety information.

Event details: When: Saturday, Oct. 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
