About Convergence CT

Convergence CT, headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii, has offices in San Francisco, California, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Tokyo, Japan, and Berlin, Germany. Founded in Hawaii in 2001, Convergence CT is a global, medical informatics company with unique technology that provides access to provider-based clinical and financial patient data. The Company then converts this rich clinical data into actionable knowledge through its medical informatics group.

Convergence CT was recently selected as the vendor of choice over some of the largest and most prominent healthcare organizations in the U.S., by the board of directors of both the American Medical Group Association (AMGA), and Anceta LLC, the group chartered with project implementation and a wholly owned subsidiary of AMGA. The Company inked a ten-year agreement with AMGA (see announcement of January 17, 2006) to integrate its 280 Medical Groups into a consolidated health data network.

It is Convergence CT's vision to build a Global Healthcare Research Network of rich clinical data obtained from medical groups, healthcare plans, hospitals and clinics. This network, along with Convergence CT's analysis services, facilitates the advancement of patient care, clinical research, and operational decision-making.

Convergence CT's provider-based, patient-level data, brings a new level of precision to pharmaceutical marketing and clinical research strategies. By providing an evidence-based assessment of treatment practices and patient outcomes across care settings, life science companies get a better understanding of untapped market potential. This information leads to better decisions regarding resource allocation, targeting, positioning, and messaging.
