Posted on: Monday, 23 October 2006, 12:01 CDT

IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- CME LLC, a leading provider of fully accredited continuing medical education programs since 1978, today announced new program elements being added to the agenda for its 2006 U.S. Psychiatric & Mental Health Congress. In its 19th year, this second largest psychiatric educational conference in the United States takes place November 16-19 in New Orleans at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and Hilton New Orleans Riverside.

"The unveiling of SearchMedica.com will be a unique opportunity for the loyal attendees who join us each and every year," said Barbara Winkelman, vice president of marketing & multimedia for CME LLC, the congress sponsor. "SearchMedica Psychiatry doesn't search the entire Web; it offers a specialist's view of the Internet that was developed with the guidance of the Psychiatric Times' Editorial Board and journal editors. SearchMedica connects clinical professionals with highly credible, practice-oriented content, including well-known journals, systematic reviews, clinical trials and evidence-based articles written and edited for practicing mental health professionals. We expect a great response from attendees."

SearchMedica will be available for use throughout the congress in the Cyber Cafe. Clinician attendees can also participate in live product demonstrations at booth #732 in the U.S. Psychiatric & Mental Health Congress Exhibit Hall, during scheduled Exhibit Hall hours:
