Health Fitness Corp. To Report Third Quarter 2006 Financial Results on November 6, 2006

(BULLETIN BOARD: HFIT) , a leading provider of fitness and health management services and programs in the U.S. and Canada, will report financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006, on Monday, November 6, 2006, after the market close. The Company also announced that it will hold a conference call to discuss the results the same day. In addition to discussing third quarter financial results for fiscal year 2006, the Company will also take the opportunity to more fully discuss its evolving business model.
