Gentiva(R) Health Services to Present at November Financial Conferences Hosted By CIBC and Lehman Brothers

MELVILLE, N.Y., Oct. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Gentiva Health Services, Inc. , the nation's largest provider of comprehensive home health and related services, announced today that it is scheduled to present at the CIBC World Markets 17th Annual Healthcare Conference on Monday, November 6, 2006, and at Lehman Brothers' Third Annual Small Cap Conference on Thursday, November 16.

Gentiva will present at the CIBC conference in New York from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 6. A live audio web cast will be available at http://www.veracast.com/webcasts/cibcwm/healthcare06/07110498.cfm. A replay will be archived within three hours after the live event and remain available for 90 days.

The Company will present at the Lehman Brothers conference in Dana Point, CA, from 4:10 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Pacific Time on November 16.
