HealthCare Partners, LLC Expands Into Florida and Nevada With the Acquisition of JSA Healthcare (Florida) and Pinnacle Health System (Nevada)

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Robert J. Margolis, MD, CEO of HealthCare Partners, LLC, a healthcare management services organization headquartered in Torrance, California, announced today the acquisition of JSA Healthcare Corporation (Central Florida) and its affiliated networks and related entities, including Pinnacle Health System (Las Vegas, Nevada), the largest independent physician networks in both Central Florida and Las Vegas, Nevada. JSA will function as a wholly owned subsidiary. HealthCare Partners, LLC (HCP) owns and manages HealthCare Partners Medical Group, one of the largest and best rated medical groups for quality care delivery and patient satisfaction operating in Southern California.
