Beaumont Hospitals Contracts With Best Upon Request for Concierge Services

Employees at Beaumont Hospitals now have access to an on-site concierge service provided by Cincinnati-based Best Upon Request. Beaumont considers maintaining a high level of employee and patient-satisfaction, as well as enriching a person's quality of life, a critical component to being employer of choice and a leader in patient-focused care.
All 15,000 employees, patients, and guests of Beaumont can contact the concierge for such things as home based help, dry-cleaning, car services, film developing, gift buying, grocery shopping, running to the post office, event planning, or information research to name a few.
