Destiny Health Plan Members Enjoy Access to Premier Health Club in Green Bay, Wisconsin

CHICAGO and GREEN BAY, Wis., Dec. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Western Racquet and Fitness Club (WR&FC), a leading multi-court sport and fitness facility in Northeast Wisconsin, and Destiny Health, a pioneer in the field of consumer- directed health care, today announced a partnership that will offer members of The Destiny Health Plan(TM) dues subsidies and discounted membership perks at WR&FC.

Under the partnership, beginning January 1, 2007, plan members who exercise at WR&FC will receive a subsidy that ranges from 30 to 100 percent or more from Destiny Health on monthly membership dues based upon the member's Vitality Status(R) (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum).
