Patients & Physicians, Inc. Announces Name Change to Flagship Global Health, Inc.; New Trading Symbol is FGHH

NEW YORK, Jan. 24, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Patients & Physicians, Inc. (the "Company") (Pink Sheets:PPHY) announced that the Company merged with its wholly owned subsidiary, Flagship Patient Advocates, Inc. and as a result of the merger, the Company is the surviving entity and the Company has changed its name to "Flagship Global Health, Inc.", (Pink Sheets:FGHH) effective immediately.
As a result of the Company's name change, the current ticker symbol (PPHY.PK) has changed. The new ticker symbol, (FGHH.PK) will be effective today.
