REIKI: Lancaster General Wellness Center will offer a Reiki Level One class from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, in the third- floor conference room of the Lancaster General Health Campus, 2100 Harrisburg Pike.
Reiki is a form of therapeutic touch used to reduce stress and aid the healing process. The class will include a full day of instruction, the history of Reiki, information about the chakra energy system, practical uses for Reiki and the mind/body connection. Participants will receive an instruction manual.

CHAMBER: Chamber musicians The Philadelphia Trio will perform at 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, in Franklin & Marshall College’s Barshinger Center for Musical Arts.
Tickets are $10 for the general public, $5 for college employees and $1 for students.

MENTAL ILLNESS: The Family Support Group from No Longer Alone Ministries will meet from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, at Landisville Mennonite Church, Landisville.
Dr. Harold Kraybill will present the video “Critical Connections.” There is no charge to attend, but a free-will offering will be taken. No registration is required.

BIPOLAR: The Bipolar Support Group, a discussion group for those with bipolar disorder and their families, will meet from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 29, in the Blair room of The Community Services building, 630 Janet Ave.
The group, sponsored by the Mental Health Association in Lancaster County, meets regularly the second and last Mondays of each month. For more information, call 397-7461.
SPECIAL NEEDS: Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center, 625 Community Way, will host a support group for those who care for a child with special needs from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 1, in the center’s Wallin room.
Child care is provided free of charge, but reservations are required by Monday, Jan. 29.

SENIORS: East Petersburg senior citizens will meet at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 29, in the Community Building, North Pine Street, East Petersburg.

WALKING: The Early Birds, Ephrata Community Hospital’s walking club for seniors, will meet for a walk at 7:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 29, at the Lititz Public Library, 651 Kissel Hill Road. Breakfast will follow.
