Concentra Acquires Industrial Solutions Group Inc.; Expanding Concentra's Service Offering With Industrial Hygiene Expertise

ADDISON, Texas, Feb. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Concentra Health Services, Inc. ("Concentra"), the nation's largest provider of occupational healthcare services, announced today it has acquired Industrial Solutions Group, Inc. (ISG), one of the country's leading occupational and environmental health services companies.
Fort Wayne, Indiana, based ISG is best known for providing businesses with industrial hygiene services to identify and control hazardous materials in the workplace. Concentra's management believes ISG's focus on preventing injuries and illness in the workplace complements Concentra's mission of making healthcare more accessible and more affordable.
