Bosse Girls Will Take on Brebeuf at Jeff Gym

Southwestern Indiana teams still alive in the IHSAA girls’ basketball tournament will compete at Jeffersonville on Saturday.

In Class 3A, No. 9-ranked Bosse (22-3) will put its 10-game win streak on the line against No. 6 Indianapolis Brebeuf (21-6) at 1 p.m. (CST) Saturday at Jeffersonville.

The winner advances to the state championship game in Indianapolis on March 3 to play either No. 1 South Bend St. Joseph’s (23-2) or No. 8 Wawasee (21-3).

In Class A, No. 10 Northeast Dubois (19-6) will play Wood Memorial (18-8) at 11 a.m. Saturday at Jeffersonville.

Wood Memorial, which knocked off No. 1 Bloomfield in regional play, beat Dubois 57-43 in Oakland City on Jan. 23.

Saturday’s winner advances to play No. 3 Oregon-Davis (23-3) or No. 9 Lapel (22-4) on March 3 at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
