New Me, New Image: How New Image Weight Loss Camp Can Change My Life

Teens and tweens eager to build self-esteem, lose weight and learn to live a healthier lifestyle are invited to participate in New Image Weight Loss Camps' "New Me, New Image: How New Image Weight Loss Camp Can Change My Life" essay contest. Kids have the opportunity to win a three-week campership at The Pocono Trails camp location in Reeders, PA during summer 2007.
To enter the contest, children between the ages of 10 -- 17 must write an essay of no more than 500 words on the topic "New Me, New Image: How New Image Weight Loss Camp Can Change My Life." The application and contest rules can be downloaded from www.newimagecamp.com/contest/. The essay will be judged based on such elements as sincerity, creativity and overall impression. The contest deadline is May 5, 2007. Winners will be announced by May 31, 2007. Ten winners will be awarded camperships --- five males and five females.
According to Tony Sparber, Owner, New Image Camps, "Overweight children and adolescents are at risk for health issues during their youth and as adults -- high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and Type 2 diabetes are just a few major concerns."
