WOMEN with breast cancer benefit from improved mood and well- being if they take part in group exercise.
Treatments like chemotherapy and radiotherapy can leave patients feeling low and exhausted, but researchers from the University of Strathclyde found that group exercise programmes helped women being treated for early-stage breast cancer.
