Statewide Provider Network, Community Care Network of Virginia, Selects eClinicalWorks Unified EMR/PM Solution
eClinicalWorks™, a market leader in unified EMR/PM systems, today announced that the Community Care Network of Virginia (CCNV), Inc., the statewide primary care provider network and health care management company, has chosen eClinicalWorks unified electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management (PM) solution to streamline practice operations between locations and from patient check-in to check-out. Initially, 150 providers are implementing the client/server version of eClinicalWorks EMR/PM, with the potential of expanding to additional providers. eClinicalWorks is also providing CCNV an interface with LabCorp®, one of the world’s largest clinical laboratories.

CCNV is a network of all of Virginia’s Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), as well as private practices and other safety providers delivering high-quality care to patients with limited financial resources. eClinicalWorks has enhanced its product according to the stringent reporting and billing requirements that apply to these organizations, ensuring there is no interruption in the funding that supports their work. Using eClinicalWorks EMR/PM, CCNV will streamline internal processes between practice locations and promote patient safety while reducing costs. FQHCs participating in this initiative will have some of the costs covered through outside grants from sources including the Virginia Healthcare Foundation.
