Rx Processing Corporation (OTC:RXPC) enhances its operational environment by currently pursuing acquisition of six new geographically dispersed storefronts. This initiative will increase the number of clients over the next year in furtherance of our expected goal of 50,000 new advocates.

Rx Processing Corp. by acquiring these value added independent healthcare networks will contribute to our mutual fundamental profitability. All candidates were selected based upon location, clientele and sound fundamental leadership. This action will enable the deployment of our network to additional physical locations manned by experienced individuals and storefront owners motivated to the cause of supporting the 48 million U.S. citizens under and uninsured. The terms we mutually agree upon will increase sales and solidify corporate expansion efforts.

“The ongoing value held by these acquisitions enhances our ability to provide for and continually support our ongoing mission towards the attainment of an affordable health care platform,” stated CEO Peter Fiorillo. “I am providing the cash financing needed to support and close each acquisition.”
