East Texas Medical Center (ETMC) Regional Healthcare System Selects USA’s Award-Winning Solution RMS for Enterprise Scheduling and Physician Access

This is the eleventh hospital in Texas that has contracted for USA’s access management solutions over the last two years. RMS, along with Physician Access, will provide conflict-free scheduling, notifications, retrospective analysis, and on-going process refinement making it easier for patients and physicians to schedule and pre-register for appointments and eliminate duplicate data-gathering, creating a more patient-centered approach.
USA’s Physician Access will provide all of ETMC’s physician offices access to real-time scheduling information and functions, including security features to control access. The implementation of RMS along with Physician Access is expected to improve physician relationships, increase referrals and revenue, improve scheduler productivity, reduce labor costs, improve patient and physician satisfaction, and provide optimal resource utilization and scheduling efficiency.
