Posted on: Monday, 5 March 2007, 12:01 CST

Revolutions Medical Corporation, (OTC: RMCP) Mount Pleasant, SC, announces its choice for FDA lab testing for its 3cc safety syringe (Rev Vac). SON Medical is a vertically integrated contract regulatory and testing consulting firm located in the Boston area. Their personnel have been providing excellent service to the medical industry for over 15 years. With their in-house capabilities they will assist Rev Med with product testing validation, risk management, quality assurance and regulatory approval for our Rev Vac 3cc safety syringe.

Rich Theriault, President of Strategic Product Development (SPD), states "This is a key component in providing a high quality cost effective resource for testing and validation in preparation for FDA submission. Their experience will assist us greatly in our goal of a rapid and trouble free submittal and approval."

According to Dave Rothkopf, Chief of regulatory affairs for SPD, "SON Medical brings an in depth suite of testing capabilities and regulatory knowledge to meet our quality needs. Their independent testing services will provide expert validation and feedback for the regulatory submissions."

"Rev Med continues to move forward through the development and regulatory process to bring its Rev Vac safety syringe to the market, states Ron Wheet, CEO of Revolutions Medical Corporation. Furthermore, we are now seeking and evaluating manufacturing and distribution strategic partners with the assistance of our new consulting relationships."

Revolutions Medical Corporation commenced a lawsuit on March 1, 2007. The lawsuit was filed in the District Court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma against Globe Med Tech, Inc., to rescind, terminate and seek monetary damages for the non-fulfillment and breach of a joint venture agreement entered into November 3, 2005 and other related agreements, in addition to an accounting of expenditures of funds under the terms and provisions of the agreements.
