The presentations also offer in-depth information on a variety of health, wellness and nutrition topics. Each month, dieters will have a chance to learn the latest information pertaining to weight loss including which kinds of exercise effectively burn fat, how dieters can overcome their cravings and strategies for teaching your child healthier habits. The Webinars will be held on the third Wednesday of every month from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. EST/ PST.
