MTEC ANNOUNCES LIST OF SPRING CLASSES: Adult Education and Community Schools have openings in several spring classes. Registration is being held at the MTEC, on Mississippi Street, from 1-7 p.m. Monday-Thursday and from 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Fridays. Info: 291-9243. TEACHER WORKSHOP OFFERED ONLINE: Waynesburg (Pa.) College will present “Discovering Primary Sources Online” from March 14-April 18. These online professional development workshops are available to certified teachers in approved school districts in Greene, Washington and Fayette, Pa., counties. Teaching professionals outside these districts are eligible as space allows.

Participants will become familiar with the breadth and organization of the archives at the Library of Congress and understand their value in instruction. They’ll meet Wednesday evenings for twohour online sessions.

Registration is free and participants will earn 24 Act 48 activity hours.
