Community Health Systems to Participate in 2007 Lehman Brothers Conference

Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE:CYH) announced today that management will participate in the Tenth Annual Lehman Brothers Global Healthcare Conference to be held March 19-21, 2007, at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel in Miami, Florida.
The investor presentation by Wayne T. Smith, chairman, chief executive officer and president, will begin at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, March 20, 2007, and will be available to investors via a live audio webcast.
