Mar. 15–Gov. Butch Otter will participate in the groundbreaking for Ernest Health Inc.’s Southwest Idaho Advanced Care Hospital at 10 a.m. on Franklin Avenue and Allumbaugh Street in Boise. Later, Otter will address the Young Republicans Club at Eagle High School at 12:10 p.m.
