InfoMedics Executives to Present at ExL Pharma and iiBIG Pharmaceutical Industry Conferences March 26-27

Posted on: Tuesday, 20 March 2007, 09:01 CDT

InfoMedics, Inc., the patient feedback company, today announced the participation of three of its top executives in two pharmaceutical industry conferences: ExL Pharma's "Integrated Relationship Marketing for the Pharmaceutical Industry" in Boston, MA and the International Institute for Business Information & Growth's (iiBIG) "Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing Executive Congress" in Atlantic City, NJ, both on March 26-27, 2007. A central theme of the presentations will be the benefits of improving patient-physician communications, including building brand loyalty and improving compliance.

ExL Pharma Conference, Boston, MA

Paul LeVine, vice president of analytic services, will present "Make Your Product Positioning Personal: How Patient Feedback Drives M.D. Response" on Monday, March 26th at 1:15 p.m. at the ExL Pharma conference. The presentation will address the current asymmetry of physician-patient communications, as often physicians only hear about treatment failures, not successes. Real-world feedback puts balance back into the equation, letting the physician know about the patient's response to the prescribed treatment. Patient feedback programs offer pharmaceutical brand managers a new channel to reach targeted physicians -- their own patients.

Mr. LeVine's presentation will inform his audience about how pharma brands have gained market share and improved brand loyalty through this credible, patient-centric approach to reaching physicians. He will provide real-world insights and examples of patient-physician communications that have impacted the evolving positioning messages for top brands.

In addition to Mr. LeVine's presentation, InfoMedics' participation in the ExL Pharma conference includes Mike Ball, vice president of marketing and product management at InfoMedics, serving as moderator for a March 26 panel discussion. The panel, "Building Patient and Physician Communities through Integrated Relationship Management", will take place at 10:30am and will address topics including the various tools being utilized by pharmaceutical companies to integrate physician and patient interactions, using physicians as a primer to help enhance product education and brainstorming about other potential tactics to increase interaction and information flow amongst patients and physicians.

iiBIG Conference, Atlantic City, NJ

Robert Bedford, senior vice president, sales and client relations, will take part in a panel discussion titled "Physician Access & Successful Detailing Approaches" on Monday, March 26 at 3:30 p.m. at the iiBIG conference. The discussion will focus on how increasing physician access and detail effectiveness can have a significant impact on ROI. Attendees will learn how companies are strategically strengthening the pharmaceutical -- physician relationship through the use of new and innovative channels.

Jeanne Zucker, senior vice president, strategic business development, will take part in a panel discussion titled "Strategies for Improving Patient Compliance & Persistence: Meshing Physician & Patient Goals" on Tuesday, March 27 at 8:15 a,m, at the iiBIG conference. The discussion will focus on the issue of patient adherence to prescribed medications, a significant issue in the pharmaceutical industry. During this session, proprietary research will be discussed, and specific steps that companies can take -- and challenges to look for along the way -- will be explored.
