New Sun Nutrition Adds Food and Beverage Industry Veterans Paul Cannon and Debbie Wildrick to Senior Management Team

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., March 21 /PRNewswire/ -- New Sun Nutrition, a developer and distributor of healthy beverages and supplements today announced that food and beverage industry veterans Paul Cannon and Debbie Wildrick have joined the company's senior management team. Mr. Cannon, former general manager and vice president of Marie Callender Restaurants, has been named vice president of operations. Ms. Wildrick, formerly product director for vault and proprietary beverages at 7-Eleven, has been appointed vice president of sales. Cannon and Wildrick both join the team overseeing the development, production, distribution and marketing of New Sun Nutrition's FRS(R) health beverage. Both Cannon and Wildrick report to Maigread Eichten, Chief Operating Officer at New Sun Nutrition.
Cannon brings deep technical expertise in food and beverage processing and a strong focus on operational results and business strategy to New Sun Nutrition. Prior to joining the company, he spent 28 years in the food and beverage industry including management positions at Tree Top, Inc., Nestle Beverage and Perrier Group of America. In his most recent position at Marie Callender Restaurants, Cannon was responsible for manufacturing operations, distribution to Marie Callender restaurants and created a new subsidiary and product lines to sell excess capacity to food service companies.
Wildrick brings more than 20 years of experience in retail, along with expertise in sales, marketing and operations in the beverage industry, to her role as vice president of sales for New Sun Nutrition. Prior to this position, Wildrick served as product director for vault and proprietary beverages at 7-Eleven. In this capacity, she led the category management teams for product lines including Big Gulp and Slurpee. Previously, Wildrick was 7-Eleven's category manager for non-carbonated beverages and helped create Mad Croc, a proprietary energy drink. Wildrick's beverage industry career also includes senior positions at New Era Beverage Company and Tropicana North America.

She was recently nominated as Education Chair for the Network of Executive Women.
