Their We Care Euphoria treatment begins with a rainforest, green tea and vitamin B mineral bath, followed by an exfoliation using lemongrass, an algae and Sedona clay body wrap, and an aromatherapy scalp and body massage. . The eye ritual at the Talika spa in the Pershing Hall Hotel, Paris, is amazing for models who’ve been on long-haul flights and need to be bright-eyed. It uses lymphatic drainage and white and rose quartz crystals (00 33 1 58 36 58 03).

. SwaSwara yoga and Ayurvedic retreat on Om Beach in Goa, India, has a massage that involves two therapists using Ayurvedic oils for an hour; then they wash you before giving you another massage. After that, you can float off for a candlelit meditation class (00 91 484 3011 711).

. At the Royal-Thalasso Barriere hotel in La Baule, France, I had the best seaweed wrap. The service and treatments are excellent. Although on one occasion they forgot about me and I had to shout, ‘Cou-cou je suis encore la’ (00 33 2 40 11 48 48).

. The best swimming pool in Paris is at L’Hotel. It’s at the bottom of a Roman tower so it’s very spooky but relaxing (00 33 1 44 41 99 00).
